Objectives 

The objectives of this Work Package are:

• Analyze the needs of ELI-ERIC for world-class target fabrication and provision for operation as an international user facility.
• Develop a strategy to meet those needs, taking into account the required resources (investment, operating costs, manpower and joint operation).
• Develop operational plans for a joint target fabrication and characterization facility distributed among the different ELI sites.
